Dubai Frame is the most searched attraction in Dubai and once you visit, you understand why. It is a giant 150-meter rectangular golden structure built to look like a picture frame, positioned so that Old Dubai sits on one side and the modern skyscraper skyline of New Dubai on the other. Walk the glass sky bridge at the top, look straight down through the transparent floor, and see the full sweep of the city in a single view. Nothing else in Dubai gives you this perspective.

The Glass Sky Bridge
The highlight of the visit. At 150 meters above ground, a transparent glass floor spans the top of the frame connecting both towers. You walk across it and look directly down at the city below. It is more impressive than it sounds and more nerve-racking too, even if you have no fear of heights.
Old Dubai Gallery
Start your visit on the ground floor. An immersive gallery takes you through Dubai's origins — the fishing village, pearl diving era, and the early growth of the city before the oil boom. Done well, not overdone.
New Dubai Gallery
The transformation story how Dubai went from sand to skyline in a matter of decades. Timelines, architecture, and the infrastructure that made it happen.
Future Dubai Gallery
End the experience with a look at what comes next projections of Dubai in the coming decades including smart city initiatives, sustainable development, and architectural ambitions.
Observation Decks
Both towers have observation decks with views looking east and west across the city. The north-facing deck gives you the Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa skyline. The south-facing deck shows you the older districts and the heritage areas of the city.

Best Time to Visit Dubai Frame
Sunset (6:00 PM – 7:30 PM) is the most popular slot. The light turns golden, the city transitions from day to night, and the contrast between Old and New Dubai is at its most dramatic. Book the sunset slot in advance and it sells out on weekends.
Early Morning (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) is the best for avoiding crowds. Cooler temperatures and far fewer people, which means you get the glass bridge largely to yourself.
Avoid: Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings during peak tourist season (November to March) these are the busiest slots by far.
